Reiki is a healing-touch technique that was discovered in Japan in the early nineteen hundreds by a Buddhist monk named Mikao Usui.

While in meditation, Usui was instructed on how to work directly with life force energies to relieve stress, promote relaxation, unblock energy channels, and balance Chakras. He called this energy Reiki, which means Universal life force energy, the same power that creates and runs the Universe.

Along with this amazing training, Hari has been gifted attunements that acclimate the energy systems to channel this life force energy into the body of others. Hari performs Reiki using a hands-on or hands-off  approach.

Channeling this energy into the body induces a relaxed state. This relaxed state activates the natural healing process known as rest and digest. Alone, rest and digest is a powerful healing phase.
